Orders & Payment

Browse our collection on the Shop page, select your piece, and add it to your cart. Checkout is handled securely online — you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and other major methods.

We process orders quickly. If you need to amend or cancel, please contact us at info@munler.co.uk as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna (buy now, pay later), Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, and UnionPay.

Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

Yes — a confirmation email is sent automatically to the address you provided at checkout. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Yes — standard delivery is free on all UK orders over £150. Orders under £150 are charged at a flat rate of £5.95.

Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is something we're working on — sign up to our newsletter to hear when it becomes available, or contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it, and photograph the damage to the item. Contact us at info@munler.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original, unused condition for a full refund. This exceeds the 14-day statutory right under UK consumer law.

Email info@munler.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a returns authorisation and packaging instructions. Do not return items without contacting us first.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. If the item is faulty or was incorrectly dispatched, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Products & Materials

Our mirrors use a silvering-free reflective coating process that eliminates the use of toxic chemicals traditionally found in conventional mirror production. The result is a safer manufacturing process, a product with lower environmental impact, and glass that is recyclable at end of life.

Yes. All MUNLER mirror frames are constructed from grade 304 brushed stainless steel — the same grade used in professional kitchens and architectural applications. It will not rust, tarnish, or corrode under normal indoor conditions.

MUNLER products are designed in the UK and manufactured to our specification by carefully selected partner suppliers. Each piece is quality-checked before dispatch.

We are currently an online-only brand. However, we offer a 30-day return window so you can receive the piece, assess it in your space, and return it if it's not right — at no risk to you.

Custom commissions are available through our Trade Programme for verified interior designers and architects. Find out more or contact us to discuss your project.

Warranty

All MUNLER products are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including frame deformation, structural failure of joints, mirror delamination, and abnormal rust or corrosion under normal indoor use. Full details are on our Warranty page.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
