How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed within 3–5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email either way.
What are the trade prices?
Verified trade accounts receive special pricing that scales with the size of the project. We share your prices and a personal trade code when your account is approved. Trade pricing cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.
Can I see the product before ordering?
Yes. For active projects we can arrange to show the product and finishes in person, and provide specification tearsheets through your account manager.
Do you offer bespoke sizing?
