Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

As a goodwill extension, MUNLER offers a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original, unused condition — not assembled, altered, or damaged since delivery
  • In the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction to the refund amount if the product shows signs of use, assembly, or damage beyond reasonable handling.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@munler.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

We will respond within 2 working days with a return authorisation and instructions. Please do not return items without authorisation.

Return postage

Where you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. Where the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will arrange and cover the cost of collection.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Refunds appear in your account within 3–10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose:

  • Within 30 days of delivery: You may reject the item and receive a full refund
  • Between 30 days and 6 months: We will offer a repair or replacement first; if unsuccessful, you may claim a refund
  • After 6 months: You must demonstrate the fault was present at the time of purchase

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been assembled, modified, or installed
  • Bespoke or made-to-order products (where applicable)
  • Items returned after the 30-day returns window without prior agreement
