Acceptance of Terms
By accessing munler.co.uk or placing an order with MUNLER, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by English law and apply to all customers in the United Kingdom.

MUNLER is a UK-based homeware brand. Our contact details are available on our Contact page. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to MUNLER.
Products and Pricing
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour and finish may occur.
Placing an Order
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to purchase from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Shop Pay. MUNLER does not store your card details.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. For full details, see our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Our extended returns window is 30 days from delivery. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
Warranty
All MUNLER products are covered by our 5-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details are in our Warranty Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on munler.co.uk is owned by or licensed to MUNLER and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUNLER's liability shall not exceed the total value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
