UK Delivery

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery — 3–5 working days. Free on orders over £150; £5.95 on orders under £150.
  • Express Delivery — 1–2 working days. Available at checkout for an additional charge based on your order weight and location.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 GMT on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 GMT, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

Packaging

Every piece is packaged with care using reinforced outer boxes and interior cushioning designed specifically for mirrors and furniture. We do not cut corners on packaging — your piece should arrive exactly as it left us.

Damaged Deliveries

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the outer packaging before opening it.
  • Photograph the damaged item clearly.
  • Contact us at info@munler.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. We do not ask you to return damaged goods at your own cost.

Returns

We want you to love your MUNLER piece. If it's not right for your space, we offer a straightforward 30-day return window — exceeding your 14-day statutory right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
  • Items that have been installed, assembled, or show signs of use cannot be accepted for a change-of-mind return.
  • Bespoke or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

How to Start a Return

  • Email info@munler.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
  • We'll respond within 1–2 working days with a returns authorisation number and packaging instructions.
  • Pack the item securely using the original packaging where possible. Do not return items without a returns authorisation — we cannot process unauthorised returns.
  • Ship the item using a tracked service. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost. We recommend retaining proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or we've sent you the wrong product, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund at your preference. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take a further 3–5 business days to appear.
  • Original delivery charges are refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
