MUNLER offers a 5-year warranty on all products against defects in materials and workmanship. We specify 304-grade stainless steel and ecological silver glass precisely because they are built to last — and our warranty is an extension of that conviction.
If a defect covered under this warranty arises within five years of your purchase date, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Frame structural failure under normal use
- Corrosion of stainless steel frames under normal indoor or sheltered outdoor conditions
- Discolouration of mirror surface due to production fault
- Hardware failures (fixings, wall mounts, brackets) supplied with the product
What's Not Covered
- Accidental damage, breakage, or misuse
- Normal wear, scratches, or surface marks from everyday use
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products
- Damage resulting from modifications to the product
- Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
How to Claim
Contact Us
Email info@munler.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.
Assessment
Our team will review your claim within 3–5 working days and confirm whether it falls within the warranty terms.
Resolution
Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or — where neither is possible — a full refund of the original purchase price.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect them. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
