UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £150. For orders below this value, a flat delivery charge of £9.95 applies.

Delivery options

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch — free on orders over £150, otherwise £9.95
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch — £14.95

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following working day.

Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification by email, including any tracking information provided by the carrier.

Packaging

MUNLER products are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Mirrors are double-boxed with custom foam inserts and corner protection. End tables are individually wrapped and boxed with internal bracing.

We use recyclable and FSC-certified packaging materials wherever possible.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking link and carrier reference. If you do not receive a dispatch email within 5 working days of your order, please contact us at info@munler.co.uk.

Missed and Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel. Uncollected parcels will typically be returned to us after 7–10 days.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by an inaccurate address.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@munler.co.uk with your order number and photographs.

If your tracked parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

International Shipping

At present, we ship to mainland UK addresses only. We do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or international destinations.
